LCD display, battery voltage, charging percentage and charging time at a glance
The function is very powerful, it can automatically load the control, it can control the charging time, and it can set and send the relevant parameters through the serial port
Parameter settings:
Press and hold the SET button to enter the parameter setting interface, the LCD will display the set;
After entering the parameter setting interface, switch the set parameters by short press the set button;
After selecting the parameters, you can use the up / down button to set, support short press, long press (rapid increase or decrease);
If you want to set other parameters, repeat steps b), c);
After all parameters are set, long press set button to exit and save;
First, the description of the functions:
1. Automatic loading control functions:
By setting the upper limit voltage and the lower limit voltage dn; When the battery voltage ≤ dn lower limit voltage, the relay is on, the charger starts to charge the battery; When the battery voltage ≥ the upper limit voltage up, the relay is turned off, and automatic charging is complete;
2. Charging time control function:
How to enable time control?
After the parameter settings are made, if the OP setting parameter is not 0, the time control function is enabled. The default OP parameter is: —– h, time control is not enabled by default;
After the time control function is turned on (OP is not 0), when the battery voltage <lower limit voltage dn, the charger starts to charge the battery and the system starts the time; during timing, battery voltage ≥ high limit voltage, the relay is turned off; If the battery voltage <high voltage, but the OP charging time is higher, the relay is off; If the OP time is higher, the battery voltage is still <lower limit voltage dn, the relay remains on, the charge indicator time control function is automatically off, AH: ER flashes to remind the user, the parameter setting time is unreasonable; Press any key to stop blinking;
Note: Time format: 00:59 (00 for hours, 59 for minutes), the maximum time is 99:59 or 100 hours.
3. Serial data transfer and parameter setting function:
The system supports UART data transfer and parameter setting function (TTL level);
UART: 115200, 8, 1

Parameter setting:
A) Press and hold the SET button to enter the parameter setting interface, the LCD will display the set;
B) After entering the parameter setting interface, switch the set parameters by short press the set button;
C) After selecting the parameters, you can use the up / down button to set, short press, long press (fast increase or decrease);
D) repeat steps b), c) if you want to set other parameters;
E) After all parameters are set, long press the set button to exit and save;Â 3. Description of the key function
In the running interface (main interface),
Short press the SET button to display the currently set parameters;
Short press the button with binding, buttoned to switch between display charging percentage and charging time;
Short press down button to select relay ON / OFF. If the relay is turned on to turn off, “off” will be displayed to remind you that the relay is disconnected;
Press and hold the binding button, buttoned to set the state of LCD backlight (LP), OFF: backlight is always on, on: backlight turns off automatically after 5-10 minutes;
Press and hold the SET button to enter the parameter settings.
Fourth, the voltage percentage calculation: battery voltage / (upper limit voltage-lower limit voltage).
Five, additional functions:
A) Charging time recording function: when the charging time control is not turned on, the product will record the full time. After entering the time display interface, the charging time will be flashing; After the time display interface exited, or turn on the next charge (the relay is on);
B) automatic parameter detection: when the parameter is set, after the exit, if the lower voltage limit dn ≥ the upper voltage limit up, the system will flash “ERR” to indicate the alarm;
C) Battery Access Detection: This product is connected to the battery. If the battery is not connected, the system will display “nbE” on the bottom line to remind you; 6. Common error analysis
Q: How many V levels are usable? How many voltages V does this module fit?
A: This model is suitable for use in the lowest voltage range of 6V, up to 60V. The maximum level of spending is 48V. Since the 48V battery is fully charged at 60V, it will burn out when it is high. If your battery is higher than 48V, please choose other models.
Q: Relay ringing when power on! The indicator light is blinking?
Answer: This is because the charging current is too large or the battery capacity is too small, and the upper voltage limit is reached immediately after power-up. After disconnecting the relay, the voltage drops sharply to the lower voltage limit and charging begins again. If you want to reduce the charging current, normally the charging current is between 1 and 1.5 battery capacity, e.g. 20AH battery charging current is usually around 2-3A! Be aware that high charging current can cause the battery to heat up, age, bulge or even explode!
Q: What method of control? Can I switch automatically? Can you use a side load? Can you limit the flow?
Answer: It is tension control. For example, set the low voltage limit to 12.0V, the upper voltage limit is 14.5V and the voltage is loaded to 14.5V. This tension is cut off. The voltage is reduced to 12.0V. The relay is closed and it starts charging. The mode turns off and on, it can not limit the current, the charging current is completely dependent on the charger!
Q: Can I charge a 24V battery by inputting 12V, can I charge a 12V battery by inputting 48V?
It is a simple voltage controller that only acts as a switch. It cannot be charged to charge the battery. So what kind of charger should I prepare to charge my battery? It is necessary!
